It was actually the following 2 years of working and teaching that sparked a renewed sense of creativity and purpose and ultimately led me to start Jaffa Creative!
I found such fulfillment and passion in teaching and guiding others, that I wanted to pursue this as a career and thus decided to offer graphic design services, and digital resources to help with supplement learning and up-skilling as a part of this business.
Now, I am Newcastle based designer and live near the GORGEOUS Lake Macquarie (Not to mention I’m only a stones throw for many stunning beaches).
I am a graphic designer who has been very lucky to work in the industry for just under 10 years now. Throughout those years, I have worked closely with a diverse range of clients and industries including; builders, councils, retail, hospitality, education, healthcare, gyms, hairdressing, creative industries, and more.
I love a creative challenge from start to finish and seeing the results of an individual or collaborative project.
In 2018 I was approached by a private design school to become an industry trainer for both CERT IV in Design Fundamentals and Diploma in Graphic Design.

I know what you're thinking - delicious chocolatey filled orange goodies that melt in the mouth. Well, guess again! Jaffa is actually a nickname.
I have a younger brother who is 4 years younger than me. When he was born, it was perfect! I didn’t need a dolly, I had the real deal and during that first few years we bonded and became very close.
So close, that my name was his very first word! Well...almost Haha.
The best he could do was ‘Jaffa’ and ever since then, it has just stuck around.
This company is a part of me and when I was trying to think of a name, I basically combined two things that are dear to me. That silly little nickname and my creative soul morphed into Jaffa Creative.
